In the past 12 months we grew 10X+ to 1 million users a month & $4m ARR and racked up 200 million+ organic views across TikTok and Instagram. We are well funded and backed by some top VCs
Why this role matters
You'll be our first full-time marketing hire, partnering directly with the founders to turn early viral success into a predictable growth engine that propels us to the next 100 million users.
What You'll Do
- Performance marketing: pick videos, run & optimise paid ads on TIkTok / Instagram / YouTube
- Marketing analytics: track conversion rates and identify marketing changes to improve ROI
- Product analytics & experiments: track conversion rates & identify product experiments to maximise ROI
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a growth, performance marketing, or product marketing role
- 2+ years experience running paid marketing campaigns
- You've founded your own business / side hustle OR you've worked at startups before
- You're really smart
- You are a strong communicator
- You want to work hard for a chance at glory
